An artificial stone basin with double high sides and pleasant curves.

Description

Inspired by the shape of a boat, the Whitehaven basin has a nice appearance and ample space, a smaller base makes it easier to keep clean.

From a practicality perspective, the size of the Whitehaven is very comfortable for day to day use, and fits the vast majority of vanity counter tops. The Whitehaven is recommended to be used with wall mounted tapware or a side mounted tap.

380mm depth fits most standard size vanity tops
Gentle interior curvature ensure water will rarely “sit in place”, keeping the Rolo basin low maintenance
150mm height is generous for most things you need to do in your sink, such as washing your hands, washing your face, or brushing teeth.

Delivery & Lead Time

This product ships within 1-3 business days. Lead time is approximately 3-7 business days to most metropolitan areas from dispatch date. For regional or remote locations, or otherwise to WA, NT and TAS, lead times may vary. Please contact us if you need urgent delivery.

Warranty and Returns

This product includes a 7 year product replacement warranty.

For warranties to be entertained products must be installed by a licensed plumber.

Please choose carefully as this product cannot be returned for change of mind. Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase if the product and packaging are in original condition. A 30% handling charge applies for all returns and exchanges. The customer will need to organise the returned goods to be sent or dropped off at our warehouse.

Returns

Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
