Warranty and Returns

This product includes a 5 year warranty on structural integrity and a 1 year warranty on finish. For warranties to be entertained, products must be installed by a licensed plumber.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
